Silver Members retain access to:

• The Lake Club

• Most tennis, swimming, fitness, and dining facilities

Silver is considered the entry-level golf tier.

Dues Option #1 vs Dues Option #2

As defined in the Membership Plan :

Dues Option #1

• Tee times up to 30 days in advance

• Cart fee only when playing

• Higher monthly dues

Dues Option #2

• Tee times up to 10 days in advance

• Discounted green fee + cart fee

• Lower monthly dues

Members may change Dues Option once per Membership Year (April 1 – March 31) .

Legacy Dues Option

Available when a Member or spouse turns 75 years old.

Provides:

• Reduced monthly dues

• 12 total rounds per Membership Year

• Tee times up to 5 days in advance

• No unaccompanied guest or extended family play

Legacy enrollment is permanent once selected.

Generational & Extended Family Programs

Generational Family Member Program

Available to Reserve and Platinum Dues Option #1 or #2 Members.

Allows parents and adult children (23+) living outside designated counties to access certain Club privileges for a one-time $100 enrollment fee .

When Must Membership Be Acquired?

Qualified property purchasers must submit Membership Documents and Initiation Fee on or before closing to secure Membership eligibility .

Failure to acquire Membership at closing may eliminate future eligibility for that property.

Membership status materially affects resale value in Reynolds Lake Oconee.

How Membership Impacts Real Estate Value

Properties associated with a membership :typically command stronger resale demand than non-associated properties.  All new owners must acquire a membership on the day of closing.  Reynolds Lake Oconee is a non-equity club and the membership cannot be transferred to a new buyer.  You are not required to have the same level as the Seller, Buyers are allowed to select the level they want.
