The summer of 2023 has been a whirlwind for my real estate career. It all started with the excitement of the kids finishing school just before Memorial Day, and from then on, it's been non-stop action.

A life-changing call came over that weekend, offering a potential buyer for our personal lakefront home. After multiple showings and intense contract negotiations, we sealed the deal to celebrate my 50th birthday in June.

Now, as July comes to a close, I reflect on a month that will go down in history for me in the real estate world. With over $30 million in closed business and the added challenge of moving our family to a new home, it's been a busy and at times, stressful period.

I am truly humbled by the incredible opportunities that have come my way this summer. As we gear up for the new school year, I am filled with gratitude and a sense of accomplishment for what we have achieved for our family. My boys are thrilled, and ready to head back to school this week.

We can't wait to enjoy Friday Night Lights at LOA, hosting dinner parties, spending quality time together and making memories with friends and neighbors in our new home.
